Martino Law Group is a rapidly growing general practice law firm who is seeking a salesperson who is ready to grow professionally while increasing our growth as an intake specialist. This does not require cold calling prospective clients, instead, you will answer incoming calls and follow up with potential new clients that contact us directly to inquire about our legal services.

The Intake Specialist must have the ability to engage with callers in a way that presents the firm according to our core values in such a way that the caller feels he or she has reached the right firm. For this position, you must be enthusiastic and have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. This position requires experience with multi-operating systems, strong computer skills, excellent communication, and teamwork.

Each and every workday you will talk with clients regarding their driving-related issues to determine if our firm can help them through their challenges. Our sales model requires punctuality, organization, and daily dedication to work and success.

You will be the first sales liaison of a growing team and will have the opportunity to help build out our process and will work closely with the firm CEO. Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-person, zoom, and telephone sales meetings and sign new clients to the firm.

· Follow firm prescribed guidelines on how to communicate with potential clients in the most effective manner.

· Provide a general description of the firm’s services and unique offer to our clients.

· Stay in contact with Potential client that do not hire the firm after their initial consultation to keep the door open for them to hire the firm when they are ready.

· Follow and help improve established script, procedures, and processes that set you and the potential client for success.

· Follow up, via telephone, email, sending videos, etc with potential clients who have consulted with the firm but not yet hired.

· Keep detailed notes in a centralized database.

· When clients hire, facilitate the hand-off to the legal team.

· Work closely with the Attorneys, Legal Assistants, and Firm Leadership to set and achieve goals and ensure firm protocols are being followed.

· Receive constant sales coaching and oversight with constructive criticism and feedback to improve, grow, and excel in your position

Qualifications:

· You MUST be empathetic

· You MUST be a good listener

· You MUST have sales experience and sales training

· Chinese (or another language) is strongly preferred

· Previous sales experience for high ticket items preferred

· Must convey a professional impression

· Must be able to quickly learn and implement new software programs

· Must enjoy problem-solving

· Must be highly ethical

· Able to manage your own calendar

· Must be reliable

· Persistence to tough out the initial ramp-up and training period. It will take some time to understand how our firm works, our processes and what it requires to grow our firm

What we offer you:

· Total earning potential of $35,000 - $75,000+ (this consists of both salary plus performance-based bonuses).
